HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 19230 of 2016 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development, and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 and 3.
The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in not taking any action for dumping garbage in the petitioner's residential schedule property house bearing No.2-22-77/1/7, Plot No.73 & 74, Survey Nos.117, 125, 127 in Eenadu society, Kukatpally, Balanagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District on the representation dated 15.03.2016 given by the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary; and consequently to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the representation dated 15.03.2016.
Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to dispose of the representation dated 15.03.2016 at the earliest.
Without going into the merits of the case and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent/Deputy Commissioner, Kukatpally Circle-14, GHMC, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 15.03.2016 made by the petitioner, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, if the same is made and still pending consideration.
No order as to costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
