HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT & HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P. No. 8970 of 2017 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) This writ petition is filed challenging the order dated 28.12.2016 in O.A.No. 2388 of 2013 passed by the A.P. Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, whereby the Tribunal dismissed the Application filed by the petitioners under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 on the premise that the services of the petitioners / applicants are not regularized in terms of G.O.Ms.No.212, Finance and Planning (FW PC-III) Department, dated 22.04.1994. The learned counsel for the petitioners has drawn the attention of this Court to the Proceedings dated 08.02.2011 of the 4th respondent - Commissioner, G.H.M.C., whereby the services of petitioner Nos.

1 to 6 have been regularized. In view of the above submission, without interfering with the order of the Tribunal, this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition granting liberty to petitioner Nos.1 to 6 to file Review before the Tribunal within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in respect of Petitioner Nos.1 to 6.

SKK,J & AKS,J WP_8970_2017 Inasmuch as the learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that he does not press the matter against petitioner No.7, the writ petition is dismissed in respect of the 7th petitioner as having not been pressed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
