22.11.2024 SKS, J I.A.No.1 of 2024 (ON BEING MENTIONED) This is an application filed by the petitioner seeking correction of the order, dated 07.11.2024 passed in Crl.P.No.13108 of 2024.

Heard both sides.

It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that typographical errors have been crept in paragraph No.7 and in the conditions (i), (ii), (iii), of the order dated 07.11.2024 and in the order it was typed as "petitioner - accused No.1" instead of "petitioner - accused No.3".

In the light of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and having satisfied with the reasons mentioned in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Interlocutory application is ordered.

In view thereof, in the modified order dated 07.11.2024 passed in Crl.P.No.13108 of 2024 paragraph No.7 and the conditions in sub paragraph Nos.(i), (ii), (iii), shall be substituted with "petitioner - accused No.3" in the place of "petitioner - accused No.1".
