The case of the petitioner is that she was assigned land under DAR vide Dis.No.200/1414 (A), to an extent of Ac.1.11 cents, situated at Survey No.308-6, Kappalabanda Village, within the SRD Bukkapatnam and R.D of Hindupur and that she is raising crops in the said land. While so, the petitioner made an application for grant of Pattadar Pass Book and title deed in respect of the said land under Form-6(A) through E-Seva on 21.03.2016.

Earlier also she made several representations for grant of Pattadar Pass Book and Title Deed, but as no action has been taken, present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since the application made by the petitioner on 21.03.2016 in Form-6(A) is pending before the 4th respondent, it is for him to dispose of the same. As such, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the application in accordance with law and take action accordingly within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
