THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.7874 of 2014 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed by petitioner challenging the action of respondents in erecting a transformer in R.S.No.131/2 at Rajupeta, Tiruvuru village and Mandal, Krishna District without obtaining any permission from 6th respondent.

2. Petitioner insists that the statue of Bapuji has to be placed in the said place and not the transformer.

3. Counter affidavit has been filed by 6th respondent saying that the electrical transformer was erected in the site in order to provide better service to the public.

4. It is not in the province of this Court to decide as to which statue is to be erected at what place and which will serve the public better. Therefore, I am not inclined to grant any relief to petitioner.

5. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. No costs.

6. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
