B. Nageswara Rao.

... Petitioner And Govt., of A.P., rep., by its Principal Secretary to Govt., Municipal Administration Department, Hyderabad & others.

... Respondents This Court made the following:

HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No. 27216 of 2008 PC: (per the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This writ petition makes a grievance about the dumping of garbage near the lands of the petitioner.

On 31.12.2008, statement made on behalf of the 3rd respondent that the 3rd respondent was in the process of finding some other place for dumping the garbage was recorded.

Sri Guram Ramachandra Rao, learned counsel for respondent No.4, submits that the 3rd respondent has stopped dumping of garbage at the place in respect of which the petitioner made a grievance. In view thereof, we do not find any reason to keep this petition pending any further. Writ petition is accordingly closed with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition or seek revival of this writ petition, if the statement made on behalf of respondent No.4 is not correct. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. ________________________ DILIP. B. BHOSALE, ACJ
