Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleaders for Fisheries, Revenue, Panchayat Raj and Home and Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, for redressal of its grievance, petitioner herein, submitted a representation on 14.07.2018 to the District Collector, Yadadri-Bhongir District-third respondent herein, but no action has been taken so far. Since the representation, dated 14.07.
2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, is pending consideration before the second respondent, and taking into consideration the submissions of the learned counsel on either side, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the District Collector, Yadadri-Bhongir Districtthird respondent herein to verify the said representation, dated 14.07.2018, and take appropriation action, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
