THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.27835 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the entertainment of S.O.P.No.364 of 2016 filed by the third respondent on the file of the Principal District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, as arbitrary and illegal.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as prayed for. No costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
