Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents 1 to 4 and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 5 and

6. With consent of the counsel appearing for both sides, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

"to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents Nos.5 and 6 in not determining the ownership as well as not arranging the payment of lease in respect of the land of the petitioner to an extent of Ac.1-99 cents, situated in Sy.No.(D.No.)57/Ru under Patta No.

296/B of Mandadam village, Thulluru Mandal, Guntur District pursuant to the application submitted by the petitioner, for the purpose of land pooling under the Land Pooling Scheme under the Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority Act, 2014 as well as the rules made thereunder, duly considering the representation dated 29-07-2016 submitted by the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and also contrary to the provisions of the Act and consequently direct the respondents to forthwith take steps for determining the extent of the reconstituted plot to the petitioner in view of the land contributed under Land Pooling Scheme in respect of the land in an extent of Ac.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 29.07.2016 made by the petitioner.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 5 and 6 submits that the petitioner is not entitled for any relief. 5.

Having regard to the rival submissions made, the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondents 5 and 6 to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 29.07.2016 said to have been made by the petitioner, which was acknowledged by the office of respondents 5 and 6, in accordance with law, as early as possible preferably within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
