Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Education. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself. 2.
The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, declaring the action of respondent No.5 in granting recognition to the petitioner's elementary school for a period of three (03) years instead of ten (10) years as highly illegal and arbitrary, and consequently, to direct the respondents to consider petitioner's representations dated 12.05.2017 and 04.07.2017 and grant recognition to the petitioner's school for a further period of seven (07) years.

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representations made by the petitioner at the earliest.

Learned Government Pleader for Education submits that he has no objection for the same, provided the same are still pending consideration.

Having regard to the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents, more particularly respondent
CPK,J WP_24289_2017 No.5, to consider the representation dated 04.07.2017 made by the petitioner seeking recognition for the school, at the earliest, in accordance with law.
