This criminal petition is filed, by the petitioner-accused No.1, under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.86 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Bangarupalem Police Station, Chittoor district, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 354 (B) of IPC and Section 75 of Juvenal Justice Act, 2015 The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is accorded.

In the result, granting the liberty as prayed for, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
