THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE P.KESHAVA RAO WRI T PETI TI ON Nos.26480 AND 29686 OF 2017 COMMON ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Sri M.V. Subba Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner in these two cases, seeks leave to withdraw these writ petitions reserving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the concluded auction sales held by the State Bank of India by impleading the successful auction purchasers. He would also seek liberty to raise all the issues presently raised in these writ petitions.
Sri Maruthi Jadhav, learned counsel representing Sri B.S. Prasad, learned counsel for the State Bank of India, states that he has no objection.
The writ petitions are accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
