Despite service of notice, there is no appearance on behalf of unofficial respondents No.2 to 4.

When the matter is taken up, on oral instructions, it is submitted by Sri N.Ashok Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.1-Municipal Corporation, that the Municipal Corporation issued notices initially under Sections 452(1) and 461(1) of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955, and thereafter a notice under Section 452 (2) of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955, and the Municipal Corporation will proceed, strictly in accordance with law. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondent-Municipal Corporation to take further action, strictly in accordance with law. Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
