THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.27619 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief: "to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in issuing letter dated 07-112015 in rejecting the claim for one time settlement as illegal arbitrary and violative of Article 14 of the Constitution of India consequently direct the respondents to close the loan No. 16/353 of the petitioner on the ground that it has become time barred loan and return the documents that have mortgaged and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit just and proper in the circumstances of the case."

2. Heard Sri L.V.S.Nagaraju, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Cooperation (AP), appearing for the respondents.

When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, petitioner herein submitted a representation dated 26.05.2016 and a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the said representation may be directed to be disposed of by the respondents by fixing some timeframe. The said request is not opposed by the learned standing counsel for the respondents and also submitted that appropriate orders will be passed on the said representation in accordance with law.

For the aforesaid reasons, Writ Petition is disposed of,

without expressing any opinion on merits and demerits of the matter, directing the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 26.05.2016, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law.

5. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the writ petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
