THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.27711 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner herein submitted a representation on 23.07.2018 to the respondent No.1, but no action has been taken on the said representation.

According to the learned Counsel, the said representation is still pending consideration before the respondent No.1 and no action has been taken.

If that being so, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the 1st respondent to verify the representation, dated 23.07.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and take appropriation action/pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
