Petitioner claims that she owned land to an extent of Ac.0-52 2/3 cents in R.S.No.165/1, G.Konduru Villae & Mandal, Krishna District. For the purpose of widening of road, land to an extent of Ac.0-42 cents was acquired. After such acquisition, petitioner was left with Ac.0-10 2/3 cents. However, in the revenue records only Ac.0.05 2/3 cents is reflected, leaving Ac.0-06 cents un-accounted for. Aggrieved thereby requesting to rectify the revenue records to reflect entire extent of land belonging to her, an application was submitted on 05.05.2017 through A.P.Online and she was granted receipt on such submission of application. But so far no further action is taken, even though according to the endorsement given, it would require only 15 days time. Hence, this writ petition. 3.
The documents enclosed to the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition at Page 11 & 12 would disclose submission of application for correction in computer adangal and the acknowledgement of submission of such application. If that is so, the Tahsildar, G.Konduru Mandal, Krishna District (3rd respondent) is directed to examine the claim and furnish suitable reply to the petitioner as warranted by law, assigning reasons in support of his decision, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four (4) weeks, from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
