THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.10989 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to modify the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P. No.170 of 2015 in Crl.A.P.No.804 of 2015 on the file of the Court of IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners has sought permission of this court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to avail all the remedies available to them under law including filing of similar type of petition before the appellate court. Permission is granted.

3. Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
