When the present appeal was called on 31.01.2018, there was no representation for the appellants. But, however, learned counsel for the respondent is present. Therefore, the Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption 'for dismissal'.

2. Today also, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the appellants. It appears that the appellants are not inclined to prosecute the present appeal.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent is present.
