HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No. 3200 of 2016 ORDER:

The petitioner seeks mutation of her name in the revenue records and issuance of a pattadar passbook in her favour. She made an application to the 3rd respondent on 25.10.2014 in Form 6(A) under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971. It is alleged that the 3rd respondent has not yet disposed of the said application.

In the circumstances, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application, if not already considered, and pass appropriate orders within four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand dismissed.
