None appears for the petitioner.

This is an application for transfer of application for maintenance under Section 125 Cr.P.C.

Having perused the Transfer Petition filed by the husband, it is noticed that the grounds seeking transfer are fundamentally those relating to the defence set up by the husband to the application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. It is also noticed that the petitioner says that he is of bad health and financially unsound. However, on the totality of the circumstances of the case, as discernible from the materials, I do not find any ground to order this petition.

Hence, the Transfer Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending, shall also stand closed.
