These three Criminal Petitions are filed under Sections 437 and 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C") seeking regular bail to the petitioners who are arrayed as Accused Nos.3, 7 and 10 in Crime No.170 of 2022 on the file of Station House Officer, Mulugu Police Station, Mulugu District registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 120B read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code.

Since the petitioners are Accused Nos.3, 7 and 10 in the same Crime i.e. Crime No.170 of 2022, three criminal petitions are heard together and disposed off by this common order. 3.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State. Perused the record.

The case of the prosecution is that, Accused Nos.1 to 3 who allegedly conspired with Accused No.4 to murder the deceased by engaging supari killers who are Accused Nos.6, 8, 9, 11 and 12. In
pursuance to the conspiracy, the said murder was committed by the accused on 01.08.2022.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitions were filed at the stage of investigation. Now the investigation is completed and charge sheet is already filed. 6.
In view of the aforesaid submission, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief of bail to the petitioners/Accused Nos.3, 7 and
10. However, since the concerned Sessions Court has the benefit of having the documents, the petitioners/Accused Nos.3, 7 and 10 are directed to move the concerned Sessions Court within ten (10) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by filing an application seeking bail and upon such filing, since the petitioners are in jail, the concerned Court shall dispose off the bail application, on merits, within two days after giving notice to the learned Public Prosecutor.

Accordingly, all the three Criminal Petitions are dismissed giving liberty to the petitioners to renew their bail application before this Court under changed circumstances after appearing the Sessions Court.
