HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

Petitioner was placed under suspension on 06.07.2016 and while earlier order of suspension is subsisting, he was again placed under suspension by order dated 06.03.2017. Aggrieved by the order of suspension dated 06.07.2016, petitioner earlier filed W.P.No.25320 of 2017. Aggrieved by the 2nd order of suspension, he filed W.P.No.25876 of 2017. Both the writ petitions were disposed of directing the respondents to review the suspension. By order impugned, suspension was reviewed and the competent authority decided to continue the suspension of petitioner. Aggrieved thereby, this writ petition is filed.

It appears that charge memo was drawn on 31.01.2017, but so far it is not finalized, which was subject matter of first suspension. It appears, with reference to the second suspension, Anti Corruption Bureau registered the crime and investigation is not completed so far. 3.

The order of review of suspension does not assign reasons for further continuation of suspension. Be that as it may, even this review is made on 17.01.2018 and it is more than six months. In view of the same, the Government is directed to review desirability of further continuation of petitioner under suspension and to pass appropriate orders by assigning due reasons in support of its decision within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand dismissed.
