HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE GUDISEVA SHYAM PRASAD M.A.C.M.A.No.982 of 2013 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed by the Oriental Insurance Company challenging the impugned order dated 24.01.2013 in M.V.O.P.No.395 of 2010 passed by the District Judge-cumMotor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Mahabubnagar. This appeal was referred to Lok Adalat on 01.09.2017 for settlement under Section 19 of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 and the same was settled between the parties.

Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the award passed by the Lok Adalat on 11.10.2017. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
