HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.5512 OF 2015 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed for a writ of certiorari, call for records pertaining to the passing of the impugned judgment along with records in O.A.No.375/2011, dated 16.10.2014 on the file of 5th respondent and declare the same as, illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to set aside the same. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri K.R.Prabhakar, learned Standing counsel for the 4th respondent. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on earlier occasion, a batch of writ petitions in W.P.No.124 of 2015 and batch were disposed of by this Court vide order dated 10.03.2015, which is also the subject matter of the present writ petition. In terms of the orders passed in W.P.No.124 of 2014 and batch, the present writ petition is also disposed of and the Registry is directed to return the original records enabling the petitioner to avail alternative remedy of filing an appeal. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any shall stand closed.
