This Company Application is filed by the applicant under Rules 9 and 177 of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959 seeking the following relief:- "to condone the delay of 520 days in filing the claim in the above matter against the respondent as per Rule 177 of Companies (Court) Rules, 1959, consequently direct the Official Liquidator to consider and adjudicate the applicants claim and pass such other order or orders."

For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the Company Application, the delay of 520 days is condoned subject to the applicant furnishing necessary original documents along with Form 66 within a period of two (2) weeks from today.
