HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.16043 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings in R.C.No.63/2007, dated 18.04.2017 issued by the 4th respondent. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in pursuant the notice dated 18.04.2017, though petitioners submitted explanation on 22.04.2017, the respondent authorities without passing any orders on the same, are trying to evict the petitioners. Heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, since it is stated that petitioners have already filed explanation on 22.04.2017, the 4th respondent shall consider the same and pass final orders within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after issuing notice and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners. However, petitioner shall submit one more copy of explanation, if not already filed. Till passing of final orders, there shall be stay of dispossession. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
