1 This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C.

challenging the order dated 29.10.2013 passed in Crl.M.P.No.2470 of 2013 in Cr.No.94 of 2010 on the file of the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kaikaluru, Krishna District. At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case with liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law.

3 Granting the liberty to the petitioners, as prayed for, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this Criminal Revision Case, if any, shall stand closed.
