ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of respondents in insisting the petitioner to remove the generator erected in the premises Yamini Plaza, D.No.13-8-197/B, Opp. RTC Bus Stand, Guntur, Guntur District and trying to remove it forcibly without jurisdiction and without following due process of law, as illegal and arbitrary.

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home informed that since the respondents never intend to remove the generator erected in the aforesaid premises, there is no need of such apprehension of petitioner.

Recording the submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
