Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed:

It is informed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the investigation is pending. Having regard to it, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. However, considering the request of the learned counsel for petitioners that some of the petitioners/accused are aged persons, the Police Falaknuma Police Station, Hyderabad, are directed not to arrest the petitioners/Accused Nos. 1 to 11 during the course of investigation. The petitioners shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation. With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
