This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. assailing the orders dated 02.01.2013 passed in M.P.No.108 of 2011 in M.C.No.47 of 2007 on the file of the Judge, Additional Family Court, Visakhapatnam.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that both parties have settled the matter outside the Court. Hence, no further orders are necessary in this revision case.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Revision Case is closed. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
