CVNR, J & TR, J AS No.501 of 2014 Dt: 13.02.2017 Judgment : (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Appeal arises out of Judgment and Decree, dated 20.08.2014, in OS.No.220 of 2009 on the file of the XII Additional District Judge, Krishna at Vijayawada. Mr.Challa Ajay Kumar, learned Counsel for the appellant, addressed letter, dated 08-02-2017, to the Registrar (Judicial) wherein it is stated that the appellant wants to withdraw the appeal.

Today at the hearing, the learned Counsel for the appellant has reiterated the contents of the said letter. In view of the same, the Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
