HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.1866 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner filed Criminal Petition No.16237 of 2016 seeking quashing of Cr.No.247 of 2016 dated 24.10.2016 on the file of the 2nd respondent and this Court, while issuing notice before admission, permitted the petitioner to take out notice to the 2nd respondent therein and the said matter is pending. In the said petition, petitioner filed an application seeking stay of arrest and he filed the present writ petition for the same relief. In view of the pendency of Criminal Petition No.16237 of 2016 and the application filed therein, the present writ petition, which is filed for the very same relief, cannot be entertained. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
