Maldakal (M), Jogulamba Gadwal District on the file of the Principal Judicial First Class Magistrate at Gadwal for the offences under Section 146 and 107 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 75 and 79 of the Juvenile Justice Act, Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015. l.A.
NO: 1 OF 2024 Petition under Section 482 of BNSS praying that in the circumstances stated in the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to grant interim protection from arrest to the Petitioner in connection with the FIR No.193 of 2024 dated 2111012024 registered by P.S. Maldakal (M), Jogulamba Gadwal District on the file of the Principal Judicial First Class Magistrate at Gadwal for the offences under Section 146 and 107 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 75 and 79 of the Juvenile Justice Act Juvenile Justice care and protection of children act 2015 during the pendency of the present petition.
This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Guduru Ashok Reddy, Advocate for the Petitioner and the Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent.

This Criminal Petition is filed by thc petitioner-accused under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhitha, 2023 (for short 'BNSS') seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crime No.193 of 2024 of Maldakal Police Station, Jogulamba Gadwal District, registered for the offences under Sections 146 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhitha (for short'BNS') and sections 75 and 79 of the Juvenile Justice Act. 2015. 2.
After arguing for some time, the leamed counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal petition.

Permission, as sought for, is accorded.
