ORDER

This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioners/A1 and A2 seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.336 of 2013 of Karimnagar Police Station, Karimnagar District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 534-D, 341,506 r/w.34 IPC and under Section 3(i)(x) of SCs & STs (POA) Act.

2. Admittedly, the crime is of the year 2013. At the time of hearing, either the learned counsel for the petitioners or the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is unable to give information as to whether the investigation is completed or charge sheet is filed. In view of the said circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief in this criminal petition. However, the concerned police are directed to complete the investigation without making arrest of the petitioners/A1 and A2 and file a final report, if any, in accordance with law.

3. With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
