I.A.No.1 of 2023 This Interlocutory Application is filed by the petitioner/Accused No.7 seeking the Court to grant extension of time to appear before the Station House Officer, CCS, DD Police Station, Hyderabad, granted in Crl.P.No.11403 of 2023 vide order dated 21.11.2023 while granting anticipatory bail to her, in connection with the Crime No.184 of 2023 of Central Crime Station, DD Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences under Sections 406, 420 and 506 I.P.C. and Sections 3, 4, 5 and 6 of Prize Chits and Money Circulation Scheme (Banning) Act, 1978 and Section 5 of Telangana Protection of Depositors and Financial Establishment Act, 1999.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner filed an anticipatory bail application vide Crl.P.No.11403 of 2023 and vide order dated 21.11.2023, this Court granted anticipatory bail directing the petitioner to surrender before the Station House Officer, CCS, DD Police Station, Hyderabad, on or before 30.11.2023 but the petitioner could not appear ...contd.2.

-2- Dr.GRR, J I.A.No.1 of 2023 in Crl.P.No.11403 of 2023 before the said Station House Officer by the said date as she was involved in three more cases in Crime Nos.108, 109 and 110 of 2023 and her anticipatory bail applications in the said crimes were allowed subsequently on 06.12.2023. Due to the threat of arrest in the said cases, she could not appear before the Station House Officer, CCS, DD Police Station, as directed by this Court. Hence, prayed for extension of time to appear before the Station House Officer as directed by this Court in Crl.P.No.11403 of 2023, dated 21.11.2023.

Having considered the reasons stated by the petitioner, this Court is of the opinion that it is a fit case to extend the time for another two weeks and the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, CCS, DD Police Station, Hyderabad, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If she would not surrender, the bail granted earlier is deemed to be cancelled. The other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain unaltered.

With this modification, I.A. is ordered.
