ORDER: (Per VVA, J) Petitioner-Society was not a party to the writ petition. However, learned single Judge gave the impugned direction without appreciating the said aspect.
2. Since the appellant society was not a party to the writ petition, we cannot sustain the impugned order and is, accordingly, set aside. Writ appeal is allowed. The appellant herein will stand impleaded as respondent No.6 in the writ petition and shall file a counter affidavit and let the writ petition be heard afresh. List the writ petition before appropriate court as per roaster on 15.06.2015. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
