This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking the following the relief: "....to issue writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No. 2 in not disposing off the revision petition unconstitutional being violative of Articles 14, 19, 21 and 300-A of the doctrine of legitimate expectation and consequently direct the official dated 116 September, 2015 filed by the petitioners before him and not passing any interim order in favour of the petitioners herein as illegal, arbitrary, Constitution of India and also violative of Principles of natural justice and respondents not to take any coercive steps to disturb the possession of the petitioners in respect of an extent of Acs.10-00 cents in Sy. No. 308 of Kappalabanda village, Puttaparthi mandal, Ananthapur District."

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. With their consent, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission. 3.

The only grievance of the petitioners is that the 2nd respondent not disposing of the revision petition filed by them. 4.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that the 2nd respondent may be directed to dispose of the the revision petition filed by the petitioners, provided the same is still pending consideration.

Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the revision petition filed by the petitioners aggrieved by the proceedings in

D.Dis/E2/6034/2013, dated 17.12.2014, issued by the Joint Collector, Anantapur District, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three (03) to five (05) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, if any interim application filed by the petitioners along with revision petition is still pending, the same shall be disposed of as early as possible, preferably within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the petitioners and aggrieved persons, if any.
