This application is filed by the Official Liquidator seeking permission of this Court to pay a sum of Rs.11,500/- to the valuer. When this matter has come up, it is informed that the value of the property assessed is Rs.18,490/- and when the official liquidator informed about the value of the property, the valuer reduced his fees to Rs.1,150/-. Considering the above circumstances, the official liquidator is permitted to pay a sum of Rs.1,150/- to the valuer.
