CVNR, J & GSP, J WP.No.27774 of 2018 Dt:09.8.2018 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

".... to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Certiorari calling for the record in Award dated 22.8.2012 passed by respondent No.1 herein in O.S.No.860 of 2011 and to quash the same as it suffers from fraud, cheating and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the interest of justice." After arguing the case, Mr. M.V.Suresh, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his client to pursue E.A.No.19 of 2015 in E.P.No.23 of 2012 in O.S.No.860 of 2011 pending before the learned I Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
