This petition is filed by the petitioner - Accused under Sections 437 & 439 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking to grant bail to him in Crime No.125 of 2015 on the file of the Bukkarayasamudram Police Station, Anantapur District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 354(A) and 376 IPC and Sections 5 & 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and Section 3(2)(v) of the SCs & STs (POA) Act.

Heard and perused the material available on record. It is alleged that the petitioner, who is working as Headmaster in MPUP school, Raghavendra Kottalu of B.K. Samudram Mandal misbehaved with the victim girl, who is aged about 12 years and also committed rape. In view of the serious allegations made against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
