HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.25993 OF 2016 ORDER:

Heard.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he is the absolute owner and possessor of the land to an extent of Ac.1.76 cents in Survey No.179/1/B, which was acquired from his father in the year 1998. Petitioner also had availed Crop Loan by producing documents of the property from Andhra Bank. Petitioner was issued pattadar passbook and title deeds to the property, in question, as against which respondent Nos.6 and 7 have filed appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer, who had directed cancellation of pattadar passbooks issued in favour of the petitioner with a direction to issue the same to respondent Nos.6 and 7. Aggrieved by the order of the Revenue Divisional Officer, dated 11.03.2016, petitioner filed Revision under Section 9 of the ROR Act on 20.06.2016 along with the stay petition.

The respondents have taken any action neither in the appeal nor on the stay petition.

3. Having considered the limited grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is being disposed of directing the third respondent to pass appropriate orders either in the revision or at least in the stay petition after issuing appropriate notices to the affected parties, if any, within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
