CVNR, J & GSP, J WP.No.18763 of 2017 Dt: 02.08.2017 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the inaction of the respondents in implementing Judgment, dated 10.06.2015, in OA.No.2013 of 2015, on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad.

The petitioner has also sought for a consequential direction to respondent Nos.1 and 2 to implement the aforementioned judgment in all respects.

In pursuance of the direction issued by this Court, The Principal Secretary (Finance) and the Pay and Accounts Officer are personally present. The Principal Secretary (Finance) has stated before the Court that because of filing of the review, the order of the Tribunal could not be implemented and that the same will be implemented in all respects within eight weeks from today without prejudice to the right of the respondents to pursue the litigation in future. The above statement of the Principal Secretary (Finance) is placed on record and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.Nos.22884 and 31734 of 2017, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, are disposed of as infructuous.
