Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 5 and 6 respondents in trying to evict the petitioners from the land an extent of A.0-03 cents each in Sy.No.4/1A2, 4/1B2, 4/2A and 4/2B of Hukumpeta Village, Rajahmundry Rural, East Godavari District, as illegal arbitrary, unconstitutional, violation of principles of natural justice, apart from violative of Art 14, 21 of Constitution of India, consequently direct the respondents not to evict the petitioners from the land extent of A.0-03 cents each in Sy.No.

4/1A2, 4/1B2, 4/2A and 4/2B of Hukumpeta Village, Rajahmundry Rural, East Godavari District. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed herein and order of the High Court dated 22-07-2015 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri J. Sreenivasa Rao, Advocate for the Petitioners, GP for Revenue (AP) for Respondent Nos.1, 2, 4 & 5 and GP for Home (AP) for Respondent Nos.
