Alleging inaction on the part of respondent

No.4 in taking further steps in pursuance of notices, dated 13-10-2015, issued to the encroachers of the road in Survey Nos.337, 343 and 344 of Bhairavanagar Extension Area and to the north of the Railway Station, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

At the hearing, Mr.Golla Seshadri, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.4, on instructions, submitted that after the above mentioned notices were issued to the alleged encroachers, an enquiry was held by the officials of respondent No.4, which revealed that no part of the public road has been encroached and that the encroachments were only over the private lands. He has further submitted that he has advised respondent No.4 to send an appropriate communication regarding the result of the enquiry to the petitioner.

In the light of the above submissions of the learned Standing Counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.4 to communicate the result of the enquiry and also the reason for not evicting the persons, who allegedly occupied the road to the petitioner. If the petitioner

feels aggrieved by such communication, she shall be free to avail appropriate legal remedy.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.2899 of 2016, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous. ______________________ (C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy, J) Dt: 28th January, 2016 lur
