HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI I.A.No.1 of 2019 In/and CRIMINAL PETITION No.8295 of 2018 And CRIMINAL PETITION No.8350 of 2018 COMMON ORDER:

Criminal Petition No.8295 of 2019 is filed by accused No.1 whereas Criminal Petition No.8350 of 2018 is filed by Accused No.2 seeking quashing of all further proceedings in Crime No.546 of 2018 of Gachibowli Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419 and 420 read with 34 IPC. Since both the petitions are filed for quashing of proceedings in Crime No.546 of 2018, they are disposed of by this common order. During pendency of the Criminal Petitions, I.A.No.1 of 2019 came to be filed in Crl.P.No.8295 of 2018. Separate affidavits of respondent Nos.2 to 4 have been filed, inter alia stating that pursuant to filing of various proceedings between the parties, the dispute was eventually settled and resolved vide Settlement Deed dated 14.02.2019, which was accepted by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in C.A.No.

9547 of 2018 and allowed vide order, dated 05.03.2019. In compliance of the settlement deed, respondent Nos.2 to 4, have no objection for quashing the proceedings against the petitioners in both the petitions in the above crime. Settlement Deed and the order of the Apex Court in C.A.No.9547 of 2018 do form part of record in this Criminal Petition.

In the light of the order of the Apex Court and in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, I.A.No.1 of 2019 is ordered.

Accordingly, both the Criminal Petitions are allowed in terms of compromise and the proceedings in Crime No.546 of 2018 of Gachibowli Police Station, against the petitioners in both the Criminal Petitions are hereby quashed.
