This petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC seeking to withdraw O.S.No.181 of 2015 on the file of the Additional Junior Civil Judge, Kukatpally, and transfer the same to the Court of XV Additional District Judge, Kukatpally, to be tried along with O.S.No.469 of 2018.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Transfer C.M.P. is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
