On 08.12.2015, this Court passed a conditional order directing the learned counsel for the petitioner to bring the legal representatives of the sole writ petitioner on record, failing which, the writ petition was ordered to be dismissed. The matter was directed to be listed after two (02) weeks, Since the conditional order, dated 08.12.2015, is not complied with, the writ petition is dismissed.

No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
