HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT Writ Petition No.32208 of 2015 PC: (Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Heard Mr. G. Vidya Sagar, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner; learned Assistant Government Pleader attached to the Office of learned Advocate General (Telangana) for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and Mr. T. Ratan Singh, learned counsel for respondent No.3. Though this writ petition is in the nature of Habeas Corpus, while petitioner and respondent No.3 being wife and husband, have settled their dispute amicably and they have placed Memorandum of Joint Compromise on record duly signed by them. Memorandum of Compromise is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.

Statements made and undertakings given by the parties in the Memorandum of Compromise are accepted. Parties are present in the Court. Through their Advocates, they state that they have understood the contents of the compromise petition and they undertake to abide by the terms and conditions mentioned therein. Their undertaking is accepted. In view thereof, nothing further survives in the writ petition. Hence, the writ petition as well as the miscellaneous petitions are disposed of.
