Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that there is no disobedience of injunction orders passed by the trial Court. Even though the matter was posted under the caption 'for dismissal' on 15.09.2017, there was no representation for the petitioners. Even today also there is no representation for the petitioners. It appears that the petitioners have no interest in prosecuting the case. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
