This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri KOTESWARA RAO MUMMANENI, Advocate for the Petitioner and Sri M. Vivekananada Reddy, Assistant Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent No.1.

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE J. SRTEITIVAS RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9342 0F 20.22 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed seeking to quash the F.I.R.No.387 of 2022, dated 14.08.2022 on the file of Station House Oflicer, Khammam II TN Police Station, Khammam District wherein the petitioner was arrayed as accused No. 1 ,I for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 42O of Indian Penal Code, Sections 4, 5 of Telangana State Chit Funds Act and Section 5 of Telangana Protection of Depositors of Financial Establishments (TSPDFE) Act.

Smt Ch. Kanakadurga, learned counsel, representing Sri M.Koteswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri M.Vivekanand Reddy, learned Assistant public prosecutor for respondent State present.

3. Sri M.Vivekanand Reddy, learned Assistant public Prosecutor submits that during the pendency of the criminal petition, investigating officer after conducting investigation, Iiled frnal report dropping action against the petitioner on 14.02.2023. By virtue of the same, the grievance of the

JSR, J Crl.P.No.93ul2 OF 2022 petitioner is already resolved and no further orders are required to be passed in this criminal petition. 4.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if arry, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
